Registration is open to anyone. However, registering will NOT give non-Caltech users access to restricted materials.

Some materials are restricted by depositors, or according to copyright guidelines. If you have questions about access restrictions, please contact the Library.

Who Should Create an Account

Researchers who want to save searches and set up alert options, to be notified when new items of interest are placed in the repository. The same functionality can be achieved without registering by using the RSS feed buttons.

If you do wish to register, complete the details in the form below. Once you have clicked on the 'Create Account' button, you will receive email with details of how to activate your account. Follow those directions to complete account creation.

Caltech users do not need to Create an Account

Login using your access.caltech (IMSS) credentials. Only Caltech users may deposit items in CaltechOralHistories.

As a Caltech user you can manage the submission of your thesis, up to and including submitting it for review by the CaltechOralHistories administrators. If the review is successful your item will be deposited in CaltechOralHistories, subject to any access restrictions you have specified. If the review is unsuccessful, your submission will be returned to you with information about correcting any problems.
